Out of Many, One People
Our National Coat of Arms depicts a Jamaican crocodile mounted on the Royal Helmet of the British Monarchy reading โ€œOut of Many, One Peopleโ€. Thatโ€™s definitely true for Jamaican cuisine! (Fun fact: The original National Coat of Arms was designed right here in Canterbury, Kent by then Archbishop of Canterbury William Sancroft!)
We take pride in the diverse mix of ingredients and techniques we use to craft each of our flavour packed dishes. We want you to join us in enjoying some of the great cuisine Jamaica has to offer. Therefore, as we grow we want to offer more and more variety each time you visit!
