Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • Fresh Chicken Breast – 4 (diced)
  • Pimento (Allspice) – 2 tbsp
  • Cloves (Ground) – 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon (Ground) – 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg (Ground) – 1 tsp
  • Muscovado Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Thyme – 1 sprig
  • Chopped Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Chopped Ginger – 2 tbsp
  • Scotch Bonnet – To Preference (careful, it’s spicy!)
  • Spring Onions – 2 (chopped)
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • Juice of Half a Lime
  • Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
